It's actually very simple. No need to buy your wiikey or grab a copy of twilight princess.
1) Download ISO for Homebrew Channel http://hbc.hackmii.com/download/ 2) Install homebrew channel using your burned dvd with the ISO file. 3) Grab an SD card, create a folder called apps. 4) Download the WAD installer. http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=2330 5) Extract out wad-installer.elf 6) In your apps folder, create another folder called wad installer, and place wad-installer.elf inside. 7) Rename wad-installer.elf to boot.elf
8 ) In the root directory of your SD card, create a folder called wad. Eg: L:/wad , and place your wad file inside. 9) Put the SD card inside your front wii slot, and boot up. 10) Run Homebrew Channel and it will load your SD card. Run the application wad installer and it will detect the wad file you have placed in your wad folder previously and install it.
11) Good job! Now you can play your wiiware or whatever depending on your .wad file is.
Thanks for the step-by-step instructions. I'll have to try this at a later date when I have some actual time to play with it.
I stated that you needed a copy of twilight princess in order for the hacked save to work. That's $50 that I don't have right now.

More in depth search on this - Homebrew Channel ISO - You can't use the ISO file unless you have a drivechip! 2nd - Even after you download the file, WinRar freezes up when in the process of extracting the ISO (mine still says extracting - installer ISO - Elapsed time ~7:00 minutes~. The only other way to install the Homebrew Channel is by using the Twilight Hack and in which case you still need the Game as well! 3rd - The links you gave don't work which only means that you don't know how to link properly.

Side note add in - It finally un-RARed itself a half hour later and still to no avail of it working with out having a mod chip.

Using the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess save hack, the WAD installer and The Homebrew Channel (that works off of the Twilight Princess save hack) and this stuff actually works! Enjoy!
